Digital Downloads

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital download sales are generally final.

This includes printable PDFs, digital learning resources, mats, cards, games, fluency lessons, and other downloadable materials.

If You Have Trouble Accessing a File

If you do not receive your download link, cannot open your file, or experience a technical problem, please contact Wild Roots Learners with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

I am happy to help make sure you receive the file you purchased.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact Wild Roots Learners as soon as possible. Duplicate purchase refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Descriptions and Printing

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. Digital products may include printable PDF files that require printing at home or through a print shop.

Page counts, format details, and printing recommendations are listed in the product description whenever possible.

Printed Books

Printed books, including When Multiplication Doesn’t Stick, are sold through Amazon. Shipping, delivery, returns, damaged copies, and refund requests for Amazon purchases are handled directly through Amazon according to Amazon’s policies.

Free resources are provided as-is. If you have trouble receiving a free download, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first, then contact Wild Roots Learners if you still need help.
