Frequently Asked Questions

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital product?
After purchase, you will receive a download link by email. You may also see a download link on the order confirmation page.

What if I don’t receive my file?
Please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact Wild Roots Learners with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Can I print these resources at home?
Yes. Most Wild Roots Learners resources are designed to be printed at home. Some families also choose to print at a local print shop.

Can I use these digitally?
Some resources may work digitally, but most are designed for printing and hands-on use.

Printing

Do I need to print every page?
Not always. Many resources can be printed as needed. Check the individual product description for page count and printing suggestions.

Can I laminate the mats or use sheet protectors?
Yes. For reusable mats, I recommend laminating or placing pages in sheet protectors and using a dry-erase marker.

Using the Resources

Can I use this with more than one child?
Yes, you may use your purchased resource with your own children in your household.

Can I use this in a classroom, tutoring setting, or small co-op?
Resources may be used by one parent, tutor, or teacher with the children or students they personally teach. For larger group use, please contact Wild Roots Learners.

Can I share the PDF with a friend?
No. Please send them to Wild Roots Learners to purchase or download their own copy.

Printed Books and Amazon

Where can I buy the printed guide?
When Multiplication Doesn’t Stick is available as a printed guide through Amazon.

Why isn’t the full guide sold as a PDF?
Because it is a longer guide, the printed version is usually easier for families to use and avoids the frustration of printing a large file at home.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because digital files cannot be returned, digital downloads are generally final. But if there is a problem with your file, please contact me so I can help.

Free Resources

How do I get the free resources?
Free resources are delivered through the Wild Roots Learners email list. After signing up, check your inbox for the download link.

What if the free resource email doesn’t arrive?
Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact Wild Roots Learners through the Contact page.
